Return Policy

Prices, Return Policies and Disclaimer (03/29/2009)

1. Able Auto Glass and Glass2go.com Internet site - We try to insure all information on this site is correct and timely. However, prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please mention Internet pricing when ordering products, since Internet pricing my be less expensive than phone quotes. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

2. 30 Days Return Policy-must be pre-approved by the issuance of a return authorization. Please call, write or e-mail for a return authorization number. Returns must be made freight pre-paid, unless we make exceptions for defects and/or incorrect shipments (error on our part). Part returns may be subject to a 10% restocking charge. All returns must be in new, uninstalled and in original cartons. Glass may not be scratched, chipped or missing any attached parts. No Returns after 30 days. Refunds will only be issued in the form of original payment. Please note: shipping and handling fees and/or delivery fees are not refundable.

3. Special Order Parts which are auto glass parts no listed on this website may or may not be return. Special Order Parts may require a restocking fee of 50% unless we make exceptions for defects and/or incorrect shipments (error on our part). We will inform you prior to sell if the part cannot be return.

4. Standard Disclaimer of Warranties - Any warranties on products sold by Able Auto Glass and Glass2go hereby are those made by the manufacturers. The Sellers, Able Auto Glass and Glass2go, expressly disclaim all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Able Auto Glass and Glass2go neither assume nor authorize any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products.

5. LIMITATIONS - Able Auto Glass and Glass2go are not responsible for auto glass damage when glass is being installed or when handling the glass. We also assume no responsibility for injuries sustained by any person handling the glass and/or installing the glass.
